It is advisable to reserve your charter 2–3 weeks earlier, particularly during the high season (May–September). For business events and private celebrations, securing your booking 4–6 weeks in advance guarantees improved availability and provides ample time for personalization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event that our captain evaluates weather conditions as unsafe, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or process a full refund. We are vigilant in monitoring the weather and will get in touch with you a day before your scheduled departure if the weather is predicted to be inclement.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests may bring their personal food and drink supplies. We also provide exemplary catering solutions and can tailor the menu to your taste. For safety purposes, please be aware that glassware is not allowed aboard.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your booking 72 hours before departure, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the departure time are not refundable, unless the cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
